WHY A LETTER AND NOT AN ICON, because this will look like a shortcut and it is not. Six generic line icons — a tooth, a shield, a heart, a clock — are the single fastest way to make a real business look like a template, because they are the same six icons every template ships. A monogram is typography you already own: it inherits the brand's typeface, it needs no icon library and no dependency, and it cannot be wrong about what it depicts. If a brand has real custom iconography, use that instead; the default position is that it does not.
mark is one character, two at most. Three stops reading as a monogram and starts reading as a truncated word.
Six items across three columns is the shape it is tuned for. Four works. Five leaves a hole on the bottom row — pad to six or drop to a two-column layout with columns={2}.
